Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 1, 2026

Mr Moonline LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Viotto platform (viotto.ai and app.viotto.ai). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our platform.

1. Information We Collect

We collect three kinds of information: information you provide directly (such as your account, business, and payment details), information collected automatically when you use the platform (such as usage and device data), and information from third-party sources (such as publicly available market and review data). Each category is detailed below.

Information You Provide

  • Account information: name, email address, phone number, password
  • Business information: practice name, website URL, address, specialty, business hours
  • Payment information: credit card details (processed by Stripe; we do not store card numbers)
  • Content you upload: logos, images, text for your website

Information Collected Automatically

  • Usage data: pages visited, features used, time spent on the platform
  • Device information: browser type, operating system, IP address
  • Analytics data: aggregated usage statistics via Google Analytics

Information From Third Parties

  • Competitive intelligence: publicly available data about businesses in your market area
  • Search engine data: keyword rankings, search volume, and advertising data from public APIs
  • Review data: publicly available Google reviews and ratings

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information described above only to operate and improve the Viotto platform and to deliver the services you signed up for — building and maintaining your online presence, generating your market reports, processing your payments, and supporting your account. The specific uses are listed below; we do not use your information for purposes beyond these.

  • To provide, maintain, and improve the Viotto platform
  • To build and maintain your website, SEO strategy, and content
  • To generate competitive intelligence reports for your market
  • To process payments and manage your subscription
  • To send you service-related communications (account updates, billing notices)
  • To provide customer support
  • To monitor and analyze platform usage to improve our services

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. Sharing is limited to the three situations listed below: the service providers who run parts of our infrastructure, disclosures required by law, and a change of business ownership. We may share your information with:

  • Service providers: Stripe (payments), SendGrid (email), Vercel (hosting), AWS (infrastructure), Google Analytics (analytics)
  • As required by law: to comply with legal obligations, court orders, or government requests
  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

4. Google Business Profile and Google API Services Data

If you choose to connect your Google Business Profile, Viotto manages it on your behalf through Google’s APIs. You authorize this during setup using Google OAuth (the business.manage scope), and you can revoke it at any time — from your Viotto dashboard or from your Google Account’s security settings.

What we access

  • Your business listing information: name, address, phone number, hours, categories, attributes, and services
  • Your Google reviews, and the ability to publish replies to them on your behalf
  • Posts and updates on your Business Profile
  • Performance metrics for your profile: how often you appear in Search and Maps, profile views, calls, and direction requests

How we use it

We use this Google data solely to provide the listing-management services you signed up for: keeping your listing accurate, monitoring and responding to reviews, publishing posts and updates, and reporting how you show up in local search. We do not use Google user data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not share or transfer it to third parties except as necessary to provide these services to you or as required by law.

Retention and deletion

We retain Google user data only while your Google Business Profile is connected and we need it to provide the services. When you disconnect your profile — or ask us to — we delete the Google user data we hold, subject to the short-term backup window described in Section 6 (Data Retention).

Google API Services Limited Use

Viotto’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL), encryption at rest (AES-256), and secure authentication practices. Access to customer data inside our organization is limited to personnel who need it to provide the services. That said, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. After account deletion, we retain data for up to 90 days for backup and legal compliance purposes, then permanently delete it.

7. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, privacy law may give you specific rights over the personal data we hold about you. We honor these requests for all customers regardless of jurisdiction where we reasonably can, and we respond to every request we receive. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Opt out of marketing communications
  • Export your data in a portable format

To exercise these rights, contact us at support@mrmoonline.com.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use Google Analytics for usage analytics, which you can opt out of using browser extensions. We do not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking.

9. Children's Privacy

Viotto is a business platform and is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us at the address in Section 11 and we will delete it.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on our platform. Your continued use of Viotto after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
